Privacy policy
This policy explains how HayWay Group Česká republika s.r.o. processes personal data submitted through the contact form or during direct business communication.

2. Data we process
We may process your full name, company, email address, telephone number, information about the requested route and transport, and the content of the message you send us.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your enquiry, prepare a quotation, communicate about potential cooperation and, where applicable, perform a contract. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract, performing a contract and our legitimate interest in conducting business communication.
4. Retention period
We retain the data only for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and subsequent business communication. If a contract is concluded, we retain the required data for the period prescribed by law.
5. Recipients of the data
Our hosting, email or IT support providers may process the data to the extent necessary to operate the website and provide communication services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Cookies and technical data
The website uses no marketing or analytics cookies, does not measure traffic and does not track visitor behaviour. We use a single cookie, and it is technical:

This cookie is necessary for a service you actively request (submitting an enquiry), so under the applicable electronic communications rules it does not require consent. It is set only on the home page, not on this policy page. You may delete it at any time in your browser settings — the contact form will then not be possible to submit.
Fonts and all other files are hosted on our own server. The website loads no external services, so your IP address is not passed to third parties. We do not use Google Fonts from a remote server, Google Analytics or similar tools. The form spam check is our own and does not rely on services such as reCAPTCHA.
Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, access time, browser type) to keep the website running and secure.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
